These Terms govern your use of the Islamly application, website, and related services (“Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to agree to these Terms. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials and Dayn PIN, and activity under your account. Tell us promptly about unauthorized use. We may suspend access needed to protect users or the Services.
Nature of the Services
Islamly provides worship tools, educational content, calculations, reminders, community features, directories, and an AI-assisted information feature. Prayer times, Qibla, Hijri dates, zakat, inheritance, weather, maps, and similar outputs are estimates that can vary by method, location, device, source, and scholarly view. Read the Disclaimer before relying on them.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Services; break the law; infringe rights; impersonate others; harass, threaten, exploit, or deceive; upload malware or unlawful content; scrape or overload systems; evade security or quotas; reverse engineer except where law permits; submit fraudulent locations or adverts; or use community features to expose private information. You must have permission to upload content and information about other people, including Wakeel contact details and photographs.
User content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Islamly a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, and distribute it only as needed to operate, improve, moderate, and promote the feature in which it was submitted. Public content may be viewed and reshared by others. You may request removal, but copies may remain where legally required or already shared outside our control.
Community, submissions, and advertising requests
Directory submissions, Halqahs, reading groups, profiles, and advertisements may be reviewed, rejected, edited for formatting, removed, or suspended. Approval does not constitute endorsement, verification, or a guarantee. Users are responsible for interactions, events, purchases, donations, travel, and arrangements made with third parties.
Intellectual property
The Services, branding, software, design, and original content are owned by Islamly or its licensors and protected by law. A limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable license is granted to use the Services as intended. Qur'an text, translations, hadith, maps, media, and other third-party material may be subject to separate rights and attribution requirements.
Third-party services
The Services may use or link to third parties, including authentication, cloud, mapping, weather, AI, email, content, and app-store providers. Their terms and policies apply to their services. Islamly is not responsible for third-party content, availability, transactions, or practices.
Privacy and termination
Our Privacy Policy describes information handling. You may stop using the Services at any time and request deletion by contacting support. We may restrict or terminate access for violations, risk, legal requirements, or discontinuation. Provisions intended to survive termination will remain effective.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness, or non-infringement. Islamly is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, loss of data, or decisions made using the Services. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes, law, and contact
We may update these Terms and will change the date above. Material changes may be announced in the Services. Applicable law and courts depend on the operator’s legal location and mandatory consumer law; these Terms do not deprive you of mandatory protections in your country.
