Get faster help
In your email, include the subject area, a clear description, your device type, operating-system version, Islamly app version, and steps to reproduce the problem. Screenshots are helpful, but remove passwords, Dayn PINs, financial documents, identity documents, and other unnecessary sensitive information.
Account deletion
To request deletion: email either support address with the subject Islamly Account Deletion from the email connected to your account.
State that you want your Islamly account and associated data deleted. We may ask you to verify account ownership. Deleting the app from your phone does not delete cloud data. Some records may be retained where required for legal, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute purposes, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
Privacy requests
For access, correction, export, objection, restriction, consent withdrawal, or deletion requests, use the subject Islamly Privacy Request. Describe the request and the account email involved. Do not email your password or Dayn PIN.
Content, safety, and copyright reports
To report harmful content, impersonation, an inaccurate listing, intellectual-property concerns, or a safety issue, include the relevant screen, listing, group, username, URL or identifier and explain the concern. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services; email is not monitored as an emergency channel.
Before contacting us
For prayer-time or Qibla issues, confirm location permission, calculation method, time zone, and compass calibration. For missing notifications, confirm notification permission, alarm access, battery optimization, and the selected notification channels. For sign-in issues, state whether you use email, Google, or Apple, but never send credentials.
